Return Policy
Canton Jewelry stands behind everything we sell. If something is not right, bring it back within 30 days and we will make it right with an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds, but we will work with you to find something you will love just as much, or hold the credit for your next visit.
Returning Your Purchase
Bring your item, the original receipt, and any included packaging to our store within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Our team will inspect the piece, and once approved, you may exchange it for something else in the store or receive store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit never expires.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, the return must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, the item must be in its original and unworn condition, the original receipt is required, and original packaging should be included. Personalized items, custom pieces, special orders, and sale items are final sale. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Receiving a Refund
Canton Jewelry does not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are processed as an exchange for a different item or as in-store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit can be used toward any item in our store and never expires.
Exchanges
You have 30 days from your purchase date to exchange any eligible item. Bring the piece in its original condition along with your receipt, and our team will help you find something that fits better, whether that is a different style, size, or piece entirely. If your exchange item is priced higher than your original purchase, you pay the difference. If lower, the remainder is issued as store credit. Custom jewelry, personalized items, and special orders are not eligible for exchange.
Gift Returns
Gifts received from Canton Jewelry can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Without the original receipt, exchanges and store credit are issued at the current selling price. The gift must be in its original, unworn condition. Personalized and custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Special orders and custom requests can be canceled or modified if the order has not yet been placed with our supplier or started in our workshop. Contact us as soon as possible at (770) 720-1965 if you need to make changes. Once a custom piece is in production or a special order has shipped from our supplier, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
Personalized Items
Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized at your request are final sale. These pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. If you are unsure about a personalization before we begin, please contact us at:

Custom and Special Order Items
Custom-designed jewelry and special-order pieces are final sale. Each custom piece is built specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. Special orders are placed with our suppliers on your behalf and are not eligible for return once the order has been placed. We work closely with you throughout the design and ordering process to make sure every detail is right before production begins.
Repair Service Warranty
All repair work performed at Canton Jewelry is warrantied for 60 days from the date your piece is completed. If any aspect of the work we performed needs adjustment within that window, bring the piece back and we will take care of it at no additional charge. This warranty covers our workmanship only. It does not cover new damage, normal wear, or work performed by another jeweler after pickup. Send us a message here with any questions you may have.
Repair Pickup
Once we notify you that your repair is complete, please pick up your piece within 45 days. We will contact you by phone or email as soon as your repair is ready. Items not picked up within 45 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned. If you need additional time, please give us a call and we will make arrangements.
