Yes. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Your membership runs month to month and stops whenever you want.

Does my membership cover jewelry I did not buy at Canton Jewelry?

Yes. Your benefits apply to every piece you own, regardless of where it was purchased.

Where do I use my benefits?

All membership services are performed in-store at Canton Marketplace, by our master jeweler. Stop in any time during business hours.

What if I do not use all my watch battery replacements in a year?

Unused battery replacements do not roll over to the next year. Cleanings, inspections, and prong checks have no limit, so use them as often as you want.

How is my repair discount applied?

Your member discount is applied automatically when we ring up any repair invoice. Just mention your membership when you drop the piece off.
